?Good location: the best thai cooking school is located 13 km. away from busy Chiang Mai and relaxing surroundings, where we grow many of the herbs and spices used in our classes. You will enjoy the fresh air, clean kitchen, clean toilet and mountain view.

－Class Overview－

We offer 14 dishes for each course. You will cook one set menu (3 dishes) & choose 3 from the remain 11 dishes to cook.

Rice soup or Coconut Milk soup or Tom Yam soup

?Stir-fry

Fried holy basil leaves or Chicken with cashew nuts or Fried morning glory or Fried mixed vegetables

?Curry

Red curry or green curry or panang curry or massaman curry

?3 dishes set (all you can cook)

Pad thai

Papaya salad

Sweet sticky rice with mango

8:30/15:30 pick up

9:00 /16:00 visit local market & choose ingredients

9:30/16:30 leave local market

10:30/17:30 start to cook

The teacher has over 20 years cooking teaching experience since 1997. The cooking school is located 13 kilometers away from busy Chiangmai in peaceful and relaxing surroundings, where we grow many of the herbs and spices used in our classes.
